New Incubator Good News for Innovate ABQ Innovation District

Albuquerque, NM – February 21, 2014 Local entrepreneur and investor, Dr. Stuart Rose, will be opening his second business incubator directly across the street from the site for UNM’s innovation district, Innovate ABQ. Dr. Rose, whose first incubator, The BioScience Center, for biotechnology start-ups, has proved to be so successful that space is fully rented out. The new incubator will be in what was formerly the library at the old Albuquerque High School at Central and the east side of Broadway. The old school has been renovated into condos and is now call The Lofts at Albuquerque High.
