Albuquerque, NM – April 7, 2014 STC CEO and Chief Economic Development Officer Lisa Kuuttila was recently interviewed by Julia Gabaldon, President /CEO of Quality New Mexico, on her radio show, “Performance Excellence USA”. Quality New Mexico (QNM), is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to drive performance excellence in New Mexico organizations by providing role models, tools, knowledge, learning experiences, and best practices. QNM fosters the use of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and is committed to assisting New Mexico businesses and organizations on their path to be high performing, high-integrity, and achieving sustainable results in their marketplace. To date, 721 New Mexico organizations have received formal recognition through its New Mexico Performance Excellence Awards.
Ms. Kuuttila talked about STC’s successful technology commercialization and start-up company activities and how Innovate ABQ represents this kind of economic development on a bigger scale for the state of New Mexico.
